Does the coffee contain alcohol?

Absolutely not. Our coffee is 100% alcohol-free (0.0% ABV). Our green beans are aged in empty  Oak casks to absorb the aromatics of the wood grain and the notes present in them. The beans never come into direct contact with liquid alcohol, and the high-heat roasting process eliminates any trace moisture whatsoever. You get the sophistication of the flavor profile without the spirits.

Is this product Halal certified?

While our product is strictly alcohol-free (0.0% ABV) and plant-based, we do not currently hold an official Halal Certification. We operate with full transparency regarding our barrel-aging process so our customers can make the choice that aligns best with their personal preferences.

What does it taste like?

Accepted Answer

Expect a specialty coffee experience with naturally developed notes of vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and subtle whisky-like aromatics for the Whiskey Barrel-Aged coffee. And notes of raisin, caramel, red apple, and subtle rum-like aromatics for the Rum Barrel-Aged coffee.

How do I brew the Cold Brew Bags? Do I need equipment?

We designed the Cold Brew Bags for total simplicity—no fancy equipment required.
Place one 50g bag into a pitcher or jar.
Add 750ml of room-temperature water.
Let it steep in your fridge for 20–24 hours.
Remove the bag and enjoy over ice. It’s that simple.

Is this just flavored coffee?

No. We do not use syrups, extracts, or artificial flavoring. The flavor comes entirely from time spent inside oak barrels.

What is the optimal brewing method for the Barrel-Aged coffee?

Accepted Answer

Because of the medium roast profile and complex barrel aromatics, we recommend two specific methods: Pour-Over (V60/Chemex): This is the gold standard for clarity. Use a 1:15 ratio (20g coffee to 300ml water). This method opens up the delicate notes, giving you a tea-like, sophisticated finish.Espresso: If you prefer a punchier cup, this roast pulls a beautiful espresso. The pressure intensifies the aromatics, creating a rich, bold shot that cuts perfectly through milk.
